TNT / Fedex delivery is offered strictly under the following T&C without exception. They are designed to ensure the highest possible standards of service but may not be suitable for everyone. Please consider them carefully before proceeding.
Tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch & an ETA, subject to change and offered in good faith only will be provided on the carrier's website.
Failure to provide a suitable address to which access by the driver is unimpeded, safe & at which an adult is present during business hours to sign in receipt will not be grounds for any refunds or compensation.
If the addressee cannot answer the door to sign within a reasonable time frame (eg, large apartment buildings) or where a potentially dangerous animal is present, the delivery will be abandoned & considered a failed attempt
Parcels will not be left without a signature. If the 1st attempt fails, re-delivery is automatic & incurs a $30 fee. If a 2nd attempt fails, the parcel will be returned to sender & incur a second $30 fee.
If the parcel is returned to sender, the only options will be to either collect the parcel from our store or pay for re-delivery.
Fees above once incurred cannot be waived. Unpaid fees will be referred to a debt collection agency after 90 days.
